Die App hilft kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) der Hotellerie und Gastronomie mit bis zu 50 Beschäftigten, gesundheitsgerechte Dienstpläne zu erstellen.
Dabei werden arbeitszeitrechtliche Aspekte berücksichtigt (z. B. Pausen, Dauer Arbeitstag, Teildienste), die durch das Arbeitszeitgesetz, aber auch tarifvertraglich bzw. durch Betriebsvereinbarungen festgesetzt sind (Rechtssicherheit).
Die Nutzer erhalten Informationen zur gesundheitsgerechten Arbeitszeitgestaltung und werden auf Verstöße gegen relevante Bestimmungen hingewiesen, gegebenenfalls werden Alternativen aufgezeigt.
